Madelene Riche, MS, CF/SLP

Madelene received her Bachelor of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Texas Christian University and her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Texas at Dallas.

She has pediatric clinical experience in preschool, elementary school, and private practice settings. She has worked with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, expressive and receptive language disorders, articulation disorders, fluency disorders, and social (pragmatic) communication disorders. She also has experience implementing Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), including LAMP Words for Life, and has completed Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) training in family-centered practices.

Madelene’s therapeutic approach emphasizes treating the child as a whole to allow for increased regulation and communication across all modalities. She values early intervention and believes meaningful progress occurs through strong collaboration between families, teachers, and professionals. She is dedicated to creating individualized, evidence-based care plans that foster communication success across environments.

While Madelene is originally from Arkansas, she is proud to call Fort Worth home and support the TCU Frogs! In her free time, Madelene enjoys crocheting, two-stepping, and traveling.
