Lauren Roe, MS, CCC/SLP

Lauren received her Bachelor of Science degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences from Arizona State University and her Master of Science degree in Communication Disorders from the University of Texas at Dallas. She became an Aural Habilitation Specialist through the training program at University of Texas at Dallas and is a Project Family 2000+ Scholar.

Lauren co-developed the "Parent's Guide to Cochlear Implantation: Interactive CD-ROM." She has been a member of the Executive Council for the Texas Speech and Hearing Association (TSHA) and presented "Guiding Families through Cochlear Implantation" at the TSHA Convention (Lead Presenter). Lauren also presented with Paige Vidrine at the ASHA Convention in 2018 and Texas Speech and Hearing Association (TSHA) Convention in 2019 on how to equip clinical fellows and supervisors for a positive clinical fellowship experience.   In addition, she recently spoke at the ASHA Convention in 2021 on "Building  a Unified Team". Lauren has an enthusiasm for supporting her team of speech-language pathologists and for helping children achieve their full potential while providing their families with the necessary tools to maximize their progress.

Lauren is one of the owners of Jump Start Pediatric Therapy Center, LLC.  She is married to Wesley and they have 3 daughters, Audrey, Kiley, and Hayley.
